Biography

Dr. Eugenia Caternor is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. In addition to her qualifications as a nurse practitioner, she is certified in psychiatric/mental health care, advanced grief counseling, and weight management. She has researched extensively the relationship between mental health and obesity, along with how to incorporate psychotherapy in the treatment and management of these conditions concurrently. Additionally, she has experience working with patients of all ages from children to adolescents and adults.

Dr. Eugenia’s approach to patient care is based on treating the whole person. She works closely with all of her patients to ensure that their physical, psychological, spiritual, and emotional needs are addressed. She believes in supporting her patients in reaching their optimal health through education, advocacy, mentorship, and medical intervention to achieve a higher quality of life. She has persevered through many life challenges and incorporates her knowledge, life experience, and expertise into developing a holistic treatment plan for her patients. Ultimately, her priority is ensuring that her patients are living life to the fullest and accomplishing their God given purpose on this earth.
